These Terms of Service govern use of the official RoboRat® website and its publicly available content and links.
1. Website purpose
RoboRat® provides educational and entertainment content, links to official RoboRat® social-media accounts, and selected public account statistics such as follower or subscriber counts.
2. Third-party platforms
The website may link to services operated by third parties, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and X. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. RoboRat® does not control third-party platforms.
3. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but follower counts, links, facts, availability, and other information may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or third-party services.
4. Intellectual property
RoboRat® branding, original graphics, characters, written content, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, and platform logos remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
You may browse and share links to the website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, misuse its services, impersonate RoboRat®, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated as the website evolves. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.

RoboFact orders and TEST checkout
Prices and inclusions are displayed before hosted PayMongo checkout. TEST checkout creates no real charge and delivers labelled fixtures, not commissioned content. Live orders remain disabled until activation. Research and content are AI-assisted and evidence-checked; verified evidence governs final wording. Requests may be declined if unsupported, unsafe or technically unfulfillable. Clear pre-generation failures are eligible for refund to the original payment method where supported; other cases receive review. No guaranteed virality. Sensitive topics and video fidelity may require human review. Closing a checkout or delivery page alone is not a refund request. Contact mail@roborat.ph for support.
